Synchrony Diversity Pilot Program Engages Minority and First-Generation Students
Synchrony has invested in a Diversity Pilot program in an effort to engage more directly with our minority and first-generation students and to improve their recruiting efforts for a more diverse talent pipeline.
This initial gift is going to three programs:
- Liberal Arts and Sciences Access and Achievement Program,
- 100 Strong under the Bruce D. Nesbitt African American Cultural Center, and
- Society of Hispanic Professional Engineers. The program involves various events taking place throughout the school year such as Networking like a Boss and a Coding Academy.
